Payment Terms
For customers without established credit or purchase order,
a 50% deposit of the total invoice is required before
beginning production. Payment is due upon receipt of
invoice. Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Sales and
use taxes, if required, will be paid by the customer. Specific
to some products and due to the nature of our business,
we reserve the right to ship and invoice 5% over or under
the total quantity ordered. Customers with established credit
will be charged 11⁄2% interest (18% annually) for all invoices
left unpaid after 30 days.
Shipping
All orders are shipped “FOB” factory unless otherwise
indicated. All shipping and handling charges will be paid
by the customer. If a shipping method has not been
specifically requested by the customer, United Parcel
Service will be used. If other shipment means are required
due to unusual circumstances, upon your approval, we will
select the best method possible to deliver your job in time
for your event. Drop shipment service is available. Please

Artwork
Final artwork is faxed or mailed for your approval and we
will make first proof corrections at no charge. Additional
changes and/or corrections will be at the regular hourly
rate of $30.00 per half hour or portion thereof. A+
Graphics regrets any undetected errors that may occur,
but cannot he held responsible and will assume no financial
liability for errors if the work is accepted and produced
with the customer’s approval. No changes can be made
verbally. Clearly handwritten corrections are required.
Returns
All items are custom made to your specifications and
therefore no returns will be accepted. We will replace
products damaged in shipment or those with obvious
defects in workmanship.
Cancellations
Orders canceled during production and prior to due date
will be charged an amount equal to the percentage of
completion of the order at the time the order is cancelled.

Samples
Samples for most items we produce can be provided
for review prior to the actual production of the order. Some
samples may be chargeable. Please contact a sales
representative for further details.
Rush Service
Some products can be produced in less time than stated
normal production schedules. A rush charge may or may
not apply. Please contact a sales representative for further
details.
Minimum Price
A minimum price of $15.00 is in effect for all individual orders.
Price Quotes
Prices quoted are current and
subject to change without notice. In the event of a price
increase every effort will be made to provide advance
notice of such increase.
Right To Promotion
A+ Graphics reserves the right to use any and all products
produced for sale to customers in any advertising, direct
mail, collateral materials, trade show booth or other
marketing vehicle(s) and displays unless otherwise
specified in writing by the customer at the time the order is
placed. Products displayed in any advertising, marketing,
display or promotional vehicle are shown as examples of
the type and quality of the products produced. They are
not presented for resale, nor are they to be construed as
product or brand-name endorsements for the registered
mark owners.
Trademarks and Copyrights
The customer shall defend, hold harmless and free of all
liability, A+ Graphics, Inc. regarding trademark,
registration mark or copyright infringements and/or
disputes. A+ Graphics, Inc. assumes the customer has
permission prior to production to use all registered design,
marks, logos, graphics and other artwork submitted for
the express purpose of reproduction of same into custom
awards, signs, vinyl, banners, advertising and promotional
items, wearables and the like. The customer agrees to
assume any and all responsibility and liability resulting from
trademark, registration mark, or copyright infringement
actions brought against A+ Graphics, Inc.
